One phone call and a super nice man answered and was extremely kind. He assured me he could have a technician here within a few hours. My technician sent me a text and arrived early, which was very appreciated. He did an amazing job capping off my water lines and redoing the old water softener, and taking it away. He was a very nice young man and he gave me some information on water systems as well. Wonderful experience. Great company

We had a fantastic experience. Our water was leaking from the home filter, and we waited two days for a previous company we used that couldn’t make it out. I called Mr. Rooter Plumbing Tuesday evening, and they came right out and did the repair. Excellent customer service and the service tech that came out did a great job.

We had a great experience with our technician. He made it his mission to straighten out our troubles with our water heater. He had a very tight space to work with, which made the job much harder.
